1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders undergo a processing phase where your design is printed and quality-checked.
  • Standard Processing: 2–3 business days.
  • Rush Orders: Orders placed before 9:00 AM may qualify for same-day fulfillment (subject to availability).

2. Delivery Timelines (India)

Once processed, your order is handed over to our premium courier partners (including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express).

  • Express Shipping (Air): 2–5 business days after fulfillment.
  • Standard Shipping (Surface): 5–8 business days after fulfillment.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to Northeast India or rural pin codes may take up to 10–15 business days via India Post.

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 150+ countries, including the USA, UK, and Europe.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat COD service fee applies to all COD orders within India.
  • Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for promotional offers where we provide free shipping on orders above a certain value.

5. Tracking Your Order
